Detective Sicinski,
I would like to make a second formal liquor code
violation complaint against Fat Jacks, Saturday December 9, 2006, a women,
walked out of Fat Jacks South Side entrance with a long neck beer bottle and was
openly drinking from the bottle in front of the premises while talking on her
cell phone.
Again, I know you are not the officier who handles
this type of complaint, could you please forward it to the officier who is
responsible for this type of complaint. Thank you.

taken of this violation. The Bloomington Police and the Bloomington Liquor
Commission are welcome to review this evidence.
