Detective Sicinski,
I would like to make a formal Liquor Code Violation
complaint against Fat Jacks, that occurred Saturday December 9, 2006. This
young man walked out of Fat Jacks North front
entrance openly waving a long neck beer, and stood out right in front
of the premises, openly waving his beer to passers by, for quite
a few minutes.
I understand you are not the person this complaint
should be sent to. Could you please forward it to the police officier who
is responsible for handling this type of complaint, Please find attached
various still frames from the video that was taken.
The Bloomington Police and the Bloomington Liquor
Commission can review this evidence as needed. Thank you.
