Q. How many Bloomington Police does it take
to disperse two lanes of grid locked cars from one end of the 500 block of North
Main Street to the other at 1:05 AM, horns all honking and drivers half
"entertained" with various alcohols getting frustrated that they are unable to
go home, and residents are all unable to sleep.
A. We do not know, as there appeared to be no
Bloomington Police in the downtown at 1:05 AM. These cameras are great,
they do not miss much.
