I would like to report a potential assualt on a
patron who was ejected from Fat Jacks bar in downtown Bloomington. The
original report was sent to Mayor Stockton, a Bloomington Liquor Commissioner,
in hopes that it would be forwarded to the Bloomington Police for
investigation. As no investigation has occured, I am sending it to
you.

Mayor Stockston,
I would like to report what appears to be multiple
assualts on a customer of Fat Jack's who was forcibly ejected from the bar early
Thanksgiving morning on November, 23, 2006.
Please find attached some photos of the video of
the incident. I am trying to contact the victim to see if he wants to
press charges. The video evidence is available for review by the
Bloomington Liquor Commission and by the City of Bloomington
Police.
