It was a very busy weekend in downtown
Barville. Where do I begin. I have so many thing to share it is if
someone gave the drunks, the overserved, and the brainless, the keys to the
city. I have so many incendents to report that your email will not
cope with the volume. So I will break it up into shorter notes with
attached photos.
First lets start with the public urination.
On early Friday morning Feb 23, 2007 two guys decided to basically urinate
all over Lancasters front windows and facade openly
on Main St. And someone repeated the spray job efffort early
Saturday morning as well. And while we did not capture the perpatrator
in action the second time, the tale-tell remains are very evident. And
there was the usual people running into our alley and using it as a
toilet.
Maybe Economic Development can put a positive
spin on it and call it "Free Overnight Power Washing for your
Business". Please see attachements.
